Mobile Application Developer (iOS / Android / Cross-Platform)

About the role

We are looking for mobile developers to join our development team building AI-driven products. You will design, build and ship high-quality mobile applications, working closely with web, data & AI, UX and cloud teams. We are hiring across three tracks: native iOS, native Android and cross-platform (Flutter / React Native).

Key responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain mobile applications to production standard
- Translate UX designs and wireframes into polished, responsive interfaces
- Integrate with REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud services and AI/ML features
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code; contribute to code reviews
- Write unit and UI tests, and support automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimise apps for performance, battery use, offline behaviour and security
- Manage app releases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Diagnose and fix production issues using crash reporting and analytics tools
- Work in Agile sprints with product owners, designers and QA
- Travel onsite to client locations in India and Dubai as required (about 30% of time)

Required skills (all tracks)

- 3+ years of hands-on mobile development, with at least 2 apps live in a public app store
- Strong grasp of mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON,



authentication (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect) and secure data storage
- Proficiency with Git and branching workflows
- Understanding of mobile security best practices (secure storage, certificate pinning, data encryption)
- Familiarity with CI/CD for mobile (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitrise, Fastlane)
- Valuable written and spoken English; comfortable working directly with international clients

Track-specific skills iOS

- Swift (required); Objective-C exposure is a plus
- SwiftUI and UIKit
- Combine / Swift Concurrency (async/await)
- Core Data or SwiftData; Xcode, Instruments, TestFlight
- App Store submission and Apple Human Interface Guidelines

Android

- Kotlin (required); Java exposure is a plus
- Jetpack Compose and XML-based UI
- Coroutines / Flow, Jetpack libraries (ViewModel, Room, Navigation, WorkManager)
- Dependency injection (Hilt / Dagger)
- Play Console release management and Material Design guidelines

Cross-platform

- Flutter (Dart) or React Native (TypeScript/JavaScript)
- State management (Bloc/Riverpod/Provider for Flutter; Redux/Zustand for React Native)
- Writing native modules or platform channels for iOS and Android
- Experience publishing the same codebase to both app stores

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 3–7 years in mobile application development
- Valid passport, and willingness to travel internationally
