Role - Manager - Influencer Marketing

Location: Gurgaon

Experience Required: 5 to 7 years

Dentsu India is looking for a dynamic and driven Manager – Influencer Marketing to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the influencer marketing ecosystem, experience in managing end-to-end campaigns and the ability to build strong relationships with creators, talent agencies and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy and creator selection to execution and reporting.

Develop influencer recommendations and campaign plans aligned with client objectives.

Manage creator outreach, negotiations, commercials, contracts and deliverables.

Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers, talent agencies and management teams.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Track campaign performance, analyse results and prepare post-campaign reports.

Manage budgets, timelines and campaign documentation while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and disclosure norms.

Requirements





5–7 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment.

Strong understanding of creators across platforms, including Instagram and YouTube.

Proven experience in campaign management, talent negotiations, budgeting and client servicing.

Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

- Existing relationships with creators, talent agencies and influencer management networks would be an advantage.
