Role Description The Management Trainee Program is an internship role based in office in Lucknow, providing hands-on exposure to financial education, customer engagement, and operational processes. Interns will support program planning and coordination for learning journeys, assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, and help manage timelines and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with learners, responding to queries, collecting feedback, and supporting improvements in educational content and user experience.

Trainees may assist with data collection and basic analysis to understand learner behavior, contribute to communication materials that explain financial concepts clearly,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program delivery. This role is designed to build foundational skills in financial services, program management, and stakeholder communication within a regulated environment.
