Good logistics needs good follow-through. We’re hiring someone who keeps stock, samples, and dispatches moving—and the records in order.

We’re looking for a hands-on Logistics Associate to support warehouse and sampling operations, reporting to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate day-to-day warehouse receipts, stock movements, and dispatches.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with physical stock checks.
- Arrange sample packing and dispatches, ensuring the right products and quantities reach the right recipients.
- Follow cold chain packing, storage, and handling instructions.
- Coordinate pickups with transporters and logistics partners.
- Track shipments, follow up on deliveries, and update the team.
- Maintain dispatch documents, delivery confirmations, and sample shipment records.
- Flag stock shortages, damaged goods, delays, and discrepancies promptly.
- Help the manager reduce avoidable sampling, packing, and dispatch costs.

Who we’re looking for
- Someone organized, dependable, and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work.
- Basic working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.




- Transparent communication and strong follow-up skills.
- Prior warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or food handling experience preferred.
