We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have robust sourcing skills, a hunter mindset, and the ability to identify and attract top technology talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and database searches.
- Identify and engage passive candidates for niche and specialized IT roles through cold calling and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
- Conduct initial screening and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability.




- Build talent pipelines and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS/CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of hands-on, full-cycle IT recruitment experience.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and cold calling.
- Experience hiring for technical and niche IT roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment CRM tools is an advantage.
