About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and execution-focused International Digital Marketing Intern who wants to learn how digital marketing works in global markets.

You will work on real campaigns for international clients, research target audiences, develop marketing strategies, assist with paid advertising, create content, analyze campaign performance, and help optimize customer acquisition.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build practical expertise in performance marketing, growth strategy, and international business.

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Marketing: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for international clients.
- Market Research: Research competitors, customer behavior, industry trends, and marketing strategies across the USA, UK, Canada, and UAE.
- Lead Generation: Help build and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales opportunities for client businesses.
- Content Strategy: Develop content ideas, ad creatives, hooks, copy, and campaign concepts designed to drive conversions.
- Landing Page Optimization: Assist in improving landing pages, website funnels, and conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and identify opportunities for improvement.




- AI & Automation: Explore AI tools for marketing research, content creation, lead generation, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Client Projects: Collaborate with the growth team to execute marketing strategies and deliver measurable outcomes for international clients.

Requirements
- Strong interest in digital marketing, advertising, business growth, and consumer psychology.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Analytical thinking and willingness to work with data, numbers, and campaign metrics.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Willingness to learn quickly, experiment, and take responsibility for real projects.
- Comfortable working with deadlines and collaborating with a performance-driven team.

Good to have:

- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Shopify, WordPress, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, landing pages, or marketing automation.
- Personal projects, marketing experiments, or previous campaign experience.
