? About the Role

This role focuses on building strong relationships with international clients through professional communication, regular follow-ups, and effective coordination. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client calls, understanding their needs, and scheduling meetings while ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients across the US and Canada.
- Understand client requirements, document key details,



and keep client records updated.
- Coordinate with internal teams to share client requirements and ensure timely updates.
- Schedule and arrange client meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Follow up with clients regarding requirements, scheduled meetings, and pending discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meeting schedules, and follow-up activities.
- Build skilled client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.

? What We're Looking For

- 1years - 3 years of experience in international BPO, customer support, client coordination, or international calling.
- Knowledge or experience in the mortgage or finance sector will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional communication style.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and client-handling skills.
- A proactive, presentable, and well-organized personality.
- Comfortable communicating with US and Canadian clients.
- Willingness to work in the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM shift.
