### Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on inquiries.

Provide basic information about overseas education opportunities and the company’s services.

Maintain student inquiry records and update follow-up details.

Prepare daily reports using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

Coordinate with the counselling and sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups.

Handle student queries professionally and maintain effective communication.

### Requirements

Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills in English.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, for maintaining records and preparing reports.

Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Role Description This is a full time, on-site Intern Telecaller role based in Mumbai. The intern will make outbound calls to prospective students and families, introduce Imperial’s counseling services, and gather basic information about their study abroad interests. Day-to-day responsibilities include answering queries over phone, updating call logs and CRM records, scheduling counseling appointments, and following up with leads to ensure timely communication.

The role also involves working closely with counselors and administrative staff to support events, seminars, and information sessions, while maintaining a polite, professional, and student-centric approach in every interaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and email for maintaining accurate student records.
- Candidates should possess skills in time management, organization, and attention to detail to handle high call volumes and follow-up tasks efficiently.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal skills such as empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset to engage with students and parents professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as current enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma program (preferably in commerce, arts, management, or related fields) and prior internship or part-time experience in tele calling, customer service, or counseling support are beneficial.
