Role Description The Interior Purchase Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for sourcing and procuring interior materials, fixtures, and finishes in line with project specifications and budget. Day-to-day tasks include obtaining quotations, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, and monitoring deliveries to project sites.

The role involves maintaining updated records of inventory and supplier databases, coordinating closely with project managers,



site engineers, and designers to ensure material availability and quality.

Executive also supports cost control, assists in vendor evaluation, and helps resolve any supply issues to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to handle procurement processes for interior projects, including sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, fixtures, and related technical specifications used in commercial and corporate fit-outs.
- Robust skills in documentation, purchase order processing, inventory tracking, and basic MIS/reporting.
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel), and familiarity with ERP or procurement software is an advantage.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work with designers, project teams, vendors, and site staff.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines, and commitment to cost and quality control.
- Prior experience in interior contracting, construction, or architectural firms, preferably in a purchase or supply chain role.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, supply chain, or a related field; relevant certifications in procurement or materials management are beneficial.
