What would you do? Talent and HR reporting service supporting preparation and delivery of standard HR reports using Excel and data from HCM tools. The role performs data extraction, formatting, validation and routine report delivery under guidance, while following defined SOPs and quality standards. Execution of routine reporting activities using Excel and approved HCM data sources.

Includes downloading and consolidating data, applying report templates, performing basic reconciliation and quality checks, updating trackers, meeting timelines, maintaining documentation and escalating data or delivery issues. HR reporting fundamentals, MS Excel, formulas, lookups, PivotTables and data formatting. Basic understanding of HCM data and reporting processes.

Strong attention to detail, numerical ability,



willingness to learn, customer service orientation, teamwork and clear written and verbal communication.

What are we looking for? HR domain knowledge. Exposure to Workday or other HCM tools.

Basic

PowerQuery or Power BI knowledge.

Experience in MIS reporting, data validation or handling recurring operational reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare routine HR reports using defined templates, Excel and data extracted from approved HCM sources.
- Download, consolidate, format and organize data as per documented reporting steps.
- Perform basic reconciliation and quality checks to confirm data completeness and accuracy.
- Deliver assigned recurring reports within agreed timelines and follow established SOPs and checklists.
- Use Excel formulas, lookups, PivotTables, filters and formatting to prepare clear and consistent outputs.
- Update report trackers, request logs and delivery status accurately and on time.
- Identify missing data, unusual values or process exceptions and escalate them to the reporting lead.
- Support correction of routine report issues and incorporate feedback from quality reviews.
- Maintain working files, report documentation and version control in designated locations.
- Respond to routine stakeholder queries professionally under guidance from senior team members.
- Participate in training, knowledge transfer and cross skilling activities.
- Follow data privacy, confidentiality and access control requirements while handling HR information.
- Remain adaptable and available to work in rotational shifts, as per business and client requirements.
