WE ARE HIRING: HUMAN RESOURCES (HR) INTERN

STRMLY Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a creator-focused clipping and content distribution agency, working with content creators to help them scale their reach, visibility, and personal brand through large-scale content distribution.

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates for intern, sales, content, and video editing roles through LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial calls to understand candidates’ skills, availability, and interest in the role.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with the hiring team, and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers in Google Sheets.
- Support onboarding, documentation, and communication with new team members.
- Assist with attendance tracking, team coordination, and employee engagement activities.




- Handle candidate and employee information confidentially and professionally.

Who Can Apply

- Students or recent graduates interested in HR, recruitment, and startup operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work with a remote team.

Stipend Structure

Month 1: ₹5,000 fixed + up to ₹15,000 variable/month

Month 2: ₹10,000 fixed + up to ₹20,000 variable/month

Month 3: ₹10,000 fixed + up to ₹20,000 variable/month

Duration: 3 Months

Mode: Remote

Work Style: Flexible, with agreed availability for interviews and team coordination.
