Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed Weekend Off: Saturday & Sunday)

Experience Required: 0–2 Years (Freshers with relevant HR internships/training are welcome to apply!)

Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and driven HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will help build our growing workforce through full-cycle recruitment while assisting with day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, and office culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities? Talent Acquisition &

- Recruitment

- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open positions using job portals, LinkedIn, and skilled networks.
- Coordinate hiring drives and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Help pipeline potential talent to meet company hiring targets efficiently.

? HR Operations & • Administration

- Assist with smooth candidate onboarding, initial documentation, and orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.




- Help compile monthly payroll inputs for the finance team.
- Support ongoing performance reviews, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.

? Employee Relations & • Culture

- Serve as an approachable point of contact for routine employee inquiries and workplace support.
- Assist in communicating and implementing company policies in line with standards.
- Participate in planning employee engagement initiatives and fun workplace activities.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 0–2 years in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, or HR internships.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of sourcing strategies, HR administration, and candidate handling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Mindset: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential data professionally.
