Role Description

We are hiring a ????? ????????? ????????? for a ????-????, ??-???? position at Beaucience India Private Limited, Faridabad.

The role involves managing ???-??-??? ?? ??????????, including employee records, onboarding, exit formalities, attendance, and payroll coordination.

Key responsibilities include ???????????, ???????? ?????????, ?? ?????? ??????????????, performance appraisals, and statutory compliance. The role also involves maintaining ??? ????:???? ?? ????????????? and supporting ???????? ??? ???????? ?????? (???).

The Executive will work closely with management and department heads to streamline HR processes, support workforce development,

Qualifications

- ?? ??????????: Experience in end-to-end human resource management and HR operations.
- ???? ??????????: 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, personal care, or FMCG.
- ?? ??????????: Proficiency in employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit formalities.
- ???????? ?????????: Strong skills in grievance handling, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- ?? ????????: Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- ??????????? ?????????????: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- ????????? ??????????: Knowledge of Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
- ?? ??????????: Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS software, MS Office, and HR reporting.
- ??? ?????????????: Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 HR documentation and audit processes is an added advantage.
- ????????????? & ????????????: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- ???? ????????: Full-time, on-site position at DLF Industrial Area, Faridabad, Haryana.
