Role Description The Healthcare Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the digital healthcare platform, ensuring smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and internal support teams. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area includes managing scheduling and workflow, monitoring service quality, and optimizing processes to support timely and reliable virtual consultations. The person in this role will track operational performance metrics, implement improvements, ensure compliance with relevant healthcare standards, and support the integration of new services or features.

They will collaborate with clinical, technical, and customer support teams to resolve operational issues, enhance patient and provider experience, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders. The role also involves resource planning,



documentation of procedures, and contributing to strategic initiatives that strengthen the platform’s efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations, hospital administration, or health services management, with strong skills in process optimization and workflow coordination.
- Ability to manage day-to-day operational activities, including scheduling, capacity planning, and performance monitoring in a fast-paced healthcare or digital health environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with doctors, patients, and cross-functional internal teams.
- Proficiency in using digital tools, healthcare information systems, or telehealth platforms, along with basic data analysis and reporting skills.
- Understanding of healthcare quality standards, patient privacy, and regulatory compliance in a virtual care setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work in office in the Greater Delhi Area, handle multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of reliability and accountability.
- Prior experience in digital health, telemedicine, or a technology-enabled service organization is highly beneficial.
