Job Responsibilities :

- Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) Equipment Automation Developer is responsible for system design, application development and operational supporting needs, incorporating vendor products, including but not limited to:
- Transport System,
- Recipe Management System,
- Remote Control System, Live Equipment Monitoring System,
- Fault Detection Classification
- Collaborate closely with fab organization, operation users and partners to implement and develop robust CIM solutions through quality coding and testing.
- Hook-up semiconductor equipment with customized protocol (SECSGEM) through communication host.
- Build expertise in equipment communication, equipment performance tracking, process job management and carrier management.




- Parse equipment data for pertinent equipment and process information to support backend engineering systems.
- Working closely with the manufacturing (MFG) and Quality teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Operational support responsibility:
- Provide consistent support to operations by monitoring and maintaining hardware and software systems. It is to ensure high uptime and reliability of automation tools and CIM related Systems.
- Manage DB transactions & Oracle packages for data management and performance tuning.
- Monitor equipment tool performance, ensuring availability of data
