Role Description As a Graphic Design Intern at Startup Story®, you will support the creation of visual content that enhances how startup stories are presented across digital channels. In this internship role, you will assist in designing social media creatives, web graphics, and marketing collateral aligned with the brand’s visual identity. You will help develop logos and branding elements for campaigns, edit and optimize images for publication,



and prepare design assets for various platforms.

Collaboration with content and marketing teams to translate narratives into engaging visuals will be part of your day-to-day work. This is a hybrid role based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop consistent visual identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Image Editing and basic photo retouching for web and social media use.
- Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma or similar) is beneficial.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines, accept feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a design, visual communication, or related program is beneficial, along with a portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
