Pioneer Financial Technologies is looking for an experienced Forex Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in forex brokerage sales across India and the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong client acquisition abilities, and a proven track record in outbound calling, lead conversion, and relationship management, along with a solid understanding of forex and CFD trading products.

# Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in forex brokerage sales.
- Experience handling clients across India and Middle Eastern markets.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Convert leads into onboarded and active trading clients.
- Explain forex and CFD products, trading platforms, leverage, spreads, and margin requirements.
- Handle client objections, negotiate effectively, and close sales.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales pipelines in the CRM.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and client acquisition KPIs.
- Coordinate with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
