About HightableHightable is a global, invite-only community of founders, CXOs and industry experts built around “Money. Mentor. Market.” We help startups with fundraising support, mentorship, go-to-market strategy, talent and global expansion. We also run events and mixers that connect founders with investors and partners.

About the RoleYou will work directly with the founder on the partnerships that drive Hightable’s growth: ecosystem partners, event sponsors, investors, corporates and startup-service providers. This is a hands-on seat where you will see how a community-led venture platform is built and run, and you will own real outcomes.

What You’ll Do

- Identify, research and shortlist potential partners, sponsors, investors and community collaborators
- Run outreach on LinkedIn, email and WhatsApp, and follow up through to closure
- Build and maintain the partnership pipeline and CRM, with clear tracking and reporting to the founder
- Prepare pitch decks, partnership proposals and one-pagers
- Support event partnerships, including sponsor coordination, speaker and investor invites,



and mixers
- Onboard new members and partners and keep relationships active after the deal
- Research startup ecosystems, competitors and market trends, and turn them into short insights
- Take on ad-hoc strategic projects across operations, GTM and fundraising support

Who You Are
- Final-year student, recent graduate, or someone early in their career (any discipline)
- Strong written and spoken English, and confident cold-reaching senior people
- Comfortable with rejection, persistent, and good at following up
- Organised, with good working knowledge of Google Workspace, Notion or a CRM
- Curious about startups, venture capital and the ecosystem
- Able to work from the BTM Layout office for the full 6 months

Good to have: prior sales, BD, community or event experience, an existing network in the startup ecosystem, or LinkedIn content skills. What You’ll Get
