Role Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Batch Owner – Telugu (Commerce). The mentor will provide one-on-one guidance and support to students for achieving their learning objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one guidance and academic support to students in Accounting and Commerce.
- Set learning goals and help students achieve their learning objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback on student progress and performance.
- Motivate students and support them throughout their learning journey.
- Monitor student progress and report any concerns to management.
- Maintain effective communication with students and collaborate with the team to ensure a positive learning experience.

Qualifications:





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or a related field.
- Solid subject knowledge in Accounting and Commerce.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Telugu.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to understand students' needs and work collaboratively.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting student development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Immediate joining is required.
