Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Brand Communication

Design marketing collateral for both B2B (franchise) and B2C (parents/students) communication.

Develop high-quality visuals for social media platforms

Adapt Kumon’s global brand guidelines into consistent, localised creatives that appeal to Indian audiences.

Digital & Campaign Assets

Adapt creatives for performance marketing campaigns

Design visuals and layouts for the website, landing pages, blog posts, in centre, signage and newsletters.

Collaboration & Ideation

Work closely with the content, social media, and PR teams to brainstorm and conceptualize campaigns.

Participate in campaign planning, and contribute visual ideas that increase engagement.





Support internal stakeholders, including staff and franchisees, by designing centre-specific materials when needed.

Production & Delivery

Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets across multiple formats (print, digital, motion).

Maintain proper version control, file management, and naming conventions.

Skills & Requirements:

Graduate with prior experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Power Point & Canva

Solid sense of visual hierarchy, typography and layout

Good understanding of social media trends and formats

Ability to visualise ideas from briefs and meet deadlines

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, education-driven brand environment

Basic knowledge of motion graphics with video editing
