Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Workplace Safety skills, with experience applying them in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS), including understanding of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
- Candidates should possess Safety Training skills, with the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate effective training programs for diverse workforce groups.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in foundry, heavy industry, or manufacturing settings,



including hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
- Knowledge of environmental management practices, waste and emissions control, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO standards, lean principles) is beneficial.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence peers and leadership and promote a proactive safety culture.
- Ability to interpret data and prepare explicit reports, proficiency with basic office software, and readiness to work on-site in Mehsana.
