Role Description The Embedded Firmware Development Engineer will design, implement, and optimize firmware for embedded systems used in the company’s products. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and debugging embedded code, integrating firmware with electronic hardware, performing unit and integration tests, and documenting designs and technical decisions. The role also involves collaborating with hardware engineers and R&D; teams to refine product specifications, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance and reliability.

The engineer will support product lifecycle activities, including prototyping, validation, and field issue analysis, ensuring that firmware meets safety,



performance, and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Delhi Area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Research and Development (R&D;) and Testing skills to support product innovation, validation, and continuous improvement.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development and Programming skills, including experience with embedded C/C++ or similar languages and version control tools.
- Candidates should possess foundational Electronics skills, including understanding of microcontrollers, digital/analog circuits, and hardware–firmware interfaces.
- Relevant experience in embedded systems, IoT devices, or electronic product development is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Ability to read schematics, use lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers), and follow structured debugging processes is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, clear technical communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional engineering teams are expected.
