Designation - Senior Asst Manager (Ecommerce)

E-commerce Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing Luxury Brand portfolios driving online revenue, managing digital marketplace partnerships (such as Nykaa, Tira, Tata Cliq, Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, or quick-commerce apps), and executing strategic business plans to hit buy-in & sell out targets.

Joint Business Planning (JBP): Build and execute annual growth, revenue, and volume plans with assigned e-commerce partners.

Buy & Sellout Sales & Forecasting: Monitor daily/monthly buy & sell out targets and coordinate accurate demand forecasting with internal supply chain teams.

Campaign & Promotion Planning: Plan and optimize platform-specific ad campaigns (Nykaa, Tira, Tata marketing campaigsn, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads & Blinkit Self serve) and promotional events to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).

Operations & Inventory: Oversee product assortment, stock availability, pricing strategies, and content visibility on marketplace storefronts.



Coordinate with supply chian teams to align deliveries across channels.

Reconciliation & Finance: Coordinate with channel finance teams to handle claims, payment reconciliations, and invoice tracking for payments

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Master/ bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, Key Account Management, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)- Luxury Brands Preferable. (Not Mandatory)
- Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience managing marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Blinkit/Instamart quick-commerce) and advertising tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and web/marketplace analytics tools.
- Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, cross-functional collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Job Location: Malad, Mumbai (Working from Office- 5 Days)
