Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Lead to manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, warehouse fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics coordination across multiple online sales channels.

The role will involve managing orders and fulfillment across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and the brand’s own D2C website, depending on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Ensure strict adherence to dispatch SLAs across all e-commerce channels (website, marketplaces, B2C)
- Manage integration and daily workflows within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ERP software
- Optimize storage layout utilization, packaging costs, and control over operational and dispatch expenses.
- Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and promotional campaigns to forecast inventory requirements.
- Conduct regular stock audits, physical counts, and cycle counts




- Establish and enforce strict incoming QC guidelines for Incoming and outgoing order inspections
- Investigate customer delivery complaints (wrong item shipped, damaged products, missing items)
- Corrective actions to minimize return rates and reduce order processing errors
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse support, packers, pickers, and helper teams
- Define KPIs for staff and evaluate individual and team performance regularly
- Coordinate with suppliers and inbound logistics for scheduled shipments and delivery tracking

Qualifications

- 2-6 years of experience in warehouse management, specifically within an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with WMS, ERP software and MS Excel
- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
