- Assist with maintaining a content calendar and coordinating drafts, feedback, and publishing dates with the team.
- Monitor basic post engagement and compile updates on reach, interactions, and audience responses.
- Help review comments and messages,
prepare professional response drafts, and escalate questions when needed.
- Check published content for clarity, spelling, and consistency, and share practical suggestions to improve future posts.
