Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role at Ctrl+Build is a full time hybrid position based in Coimbatore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the individual will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, generate leads, and support startup initiatives within the Ctrl+Build ecosystem.

Responsibilities include managing social media channels, creating and optimizing web content, tracking campaign performance through web analytics, and coordinating with internal teams and founders to align marketing efforts with business goals.

The Digital Marketing

Executive will also contribute to content calendars, engage with the community online,



and provide regular performance reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

- The candidate should possess strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning, branding, and lead generation.
- The candidate should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- The candidate should possess Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
- The candidate should possess Web Content Writing skills, including the ability to create concise, compelling, and SEO-aware content.
- The candidate should possess Web Analytics skills, including experience with tools such as Google Analytics to monitor and optimize performance.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with startup ecosystems, basic graphic design or Canva skills, knowledge of SEO/SEM, and experience with email marketing tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and ethical professional conduct.
