Key Responsibilities :

Project Coordination

- Coordinate client projects across digital marketing services, managing timelines, tasks, priorities, and deliverables.
- Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to keep projects on track and ensure deadlines are met.

Client Communication

- Participate in client meetings with the Senior Account Manager, helping clarify requirements, document key decisions, and confirm next steps.
- Coordinate day-to-day communication around project updates, deliverables, and client feedback.
- Help ensure client expectations and internal team priorities remain aligned.

Internal Team Coordination

- Turn client requirements and approved strategies into clear briefs and tasks for content, creative, performance, and development teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects moving and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and help resolve issues that may affect delivery.

Project Delivery & Quality

- Coordinate reviews, feedback, revisions,



and approvals to ensure deliverables meet requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and keep the Senior Account Manager informed of any issues or risks.

Campaign Performance

- Develop an understanding of client goals, digital marketing strategies, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate reporting inputs and help communicate campaign updates and key findings.
- Work with the Senior Account Manager and internal teams to ensure project activities align with client objectives.

Process Improvement

- Keep project documentation, timelines, and client records organized and up to date.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and project delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and website development.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and turn them into clear briefs and actionable tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to follow-ups and deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Teamwork, Asana, Slack, or ClickUp is an asset.
- A cooperative attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
