About the RoleWe are looking for client-focused, sales-driven professionals with hands-on equity dealing experience to execute trades, strengthen client relationships, increase trading activity, and generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute client buy/sell orders accurately on NSE/BSE trading terminals.
- Monitor client margins, exposure limits, and trading positions.
- Provide market updates and investment guidance based on client requirements.
- Acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Drive trading activity, client activation, and brokerage revenue.
- Cross-sell Mutual Funds, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs,
and other financial products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and risk management procedures.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in equity broking or dealing.
- Mandatory NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification.
- Robust knowledge of equity markets, derivatives, and trade execution.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, email, and trading platforms.
- Knowledge of the local market and client base is preferred.
