Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and refinement of data models to ensure alignment with organizational goals and data governance standards.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business units to translate requirements into robust data structures.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on best practices in data modeling and analytics.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data modeling processes to enhance efficiency and data quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data models that support complex business processes.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data integration techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
