Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the individual responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information and timely resolution of issues. The position involves documenting interactions, updating customer records, and coordinating with internal teams to address service requests.

The representative monitors customer feedback, identifies recurring concerns,
