Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused professional with expertise in Hair Care, Hair Coloring, Hair Shampoo products, and Hair Styling to manage customer interactions through chat support. The candidate should have solid product knowledge and the ability to provide accurate recommendations, resolve customer queries, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via chat regarding hair care, hair coloring, shampoos, conditioners, and styling products.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and hair concerns.
- Educate customers on product usage, benefits, hair care routines, and after-care practices.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Achieve chat quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets.
- Stay updated on the latest hair care trends, products,



and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in Hair Care, Hair Coloring, Salon Operations, Hair Styling, or Beauty Advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of hair treatments, coloring techniques, shampoos, conditioners, and styling products.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally over chat.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Experience in customer support, beauty consultation, salon, or cosmetic industry preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM/chat support tools.
