Job OverviewWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle student queries, assist with registration and re-admission processes, provide program information, and drive admission enrollment while ensuring an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Explain company services, university programs, eligibility criteria, fee structures, and admission procedures.
- Assist students with new registrations, re-registration, and re-admission processes, wherever applicable.




- Guide prospective students through the admission process and convert interested inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Follow up with students regarding pending documents, registration formalities, fee payments, and admission status.
- Resolve student concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate student records, follow-up details, and lead statuses in the CRM.
- Achieve assigned admission enrollment targets while maintaining service quality and student satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid follow-up, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales, admission counseling, or customer support.
- EdTech or admission-related experience is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
