We're looking for a Creative Graphic Designer who combines robust manual design fundamentals with AI-powered creativity to produce visually compelling, strategic, and high-quality designs for different brands and industries.

Role OverviewAs a Creative Graphic Designer at MarkAura, you will work closely with our social media, content and marketing teams to transform ideas into impactful visual content. We're looking for someone who understands design principles has a creative mindset, and can effectively combine traditional design skills with modern AI tools.

Important: Proficiency in both manual graphic design and AI-powered design workflows is mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing social media creatives for multiple brands and industries.
- Design static posts, carousel posts, advertisements, promotional creatives, and branding materials.
- Develop creative concepts and translate marketing briefs into effective visual communication.
- Use AI-powered design tools to support ideation, generate visual assets, and enhance creative workflows.
- Apply manual design skills to refine, edit, compose,



and polish AI-generated outputs into professional-quality designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across different platforms and client projects.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to develop creative concepts for campaigns.
- Adapt designs according to brand guidelines, platform requirements, and current design trends.
- Ensure attention to detail, quality, and timely delivery of assigned projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in manual graphic design using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Practical knowledge of AI-powered design tools and the ability to integrate AI into the creative process.
- Ability to combine AI-generated assets with manual editing and design techniques to produce polished, original creatives.
- Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of social media design formats and digital advertising creatives.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects.





AI Design Skills - MandatoryCandidates must demonstrate practical skills in both areas:

AI-powered design

- Using AI tools for visual ideation, asset generation, creative exploration, and workflow enhancement.
- Selecting and refining AI-generated outputs according to the design brief.

Manual graphic design

- Independently creating and editing designs using professional design tools.
- Applying typography, colour, composition, retouching, layout, and finishing techniques.
- Refining AI-generated elements to achieve a consistent, brand-appropriate result.

Candidates should be able to explain their design process and demonstrate how they use both approaches in their portfolio. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency or multiple brands.
- Understanding of premium or luxury visual branding, particularly in real estate and hospitality.
- Familiarity with Figma or other creative tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both AI-assisted and manually designed work.
