Role overview The Content Writer turns client achievements and evidence into clear, accurate, and persuasive writing for EB-1A petitions, working under the direction of a paralegal and the attorney. The role is designed as a pathway: solid Content Writers are trained to grow into paralegal roles.

Core responsibilities

- Letter drafting: Prepare first drafts of recommendation letters using recommender intake notes and the client’s evidence.
- Personal statements: Draft and revise personal statements based on client input and feedback.
- Plain-language explanation: Explain clients’ technical, scientific, or business work so that a USCIS officer with no background in the field understands why it matters.
- Research: Review client CVs, publications, patents, and press coverage to identify the facts that best show their impact.
- Revision: Incorporate feedback from paralegals, attorneys, and clients quickly and accurately.

What we look for

- Education:



A bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical, scientific, engineering, business, or related field.
- Technical aptitude: You can understand and accurately explain technical concepts across areas such as engineering, computing, data science, life sciences, and business.
