Role Description This is an internship, in office Client Services Representative role based in Rajkot. The intern will support day-to-day client interactions, including responding to inquiries, capturing requirements, and providing timely updates before, during, and after events.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to ensure client expectations are understood, monitoring event timelines, and helping resolve client concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client communication,



assisting with basic documentation related to budgets or payments, and contributing to a professional and welcoming experience for all clients and guests.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and managing expectations.
