About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist who can conduct assessments and deliver therapy confidently in Malayalam and English. You will work from our Kochi office, supporting clients through both online and in-person sessions and contributing to the quality of ElloMind’s clinical services.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct clinical interviews, psychological assessments, and diagnostic evaluations within your areas of competence.
- Administer, score, and interpret appropriate psychological tests and communicate findings clearly and sensitively.
- Develop individualised case formulations and treatment plans, deliver evidence-based therapy, and review progress collaboratively with clients.
- Assess clinical risk, develop safety plans where appropriate, and coordinate referrals when additional or specialist care is needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and uphold informed consent, confidentiality,



and professional boundaries.
- Participate in case discussions, clinical supervision, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen clinical protocols and the client experience.
- Contribute to psychoeducation, workshops, and mental health awareness initiatives as required.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

- Active RCI registration as a Clinical Psychologist, with a valid Central Rehabilitation Register (CRR) number.
- An RCI-recognised professional qualification in Clinical Psychology.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in psychological assessment and therapy.
- Fluency in Malayalam, including the ability to conduct clinical assessments and therapy; solid spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated skills in case formulation, psychological testing, and evidence-based interventions.
- Sound clinical judgement, awareness of professional limitations, and a commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive care.
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital clinical documentation.

Desirable

- Experience providing both online and in-person therapy.
- Training or supervised experience in approaches such as CBT, ACT, or DBT.
- Experience working with diverse client presentations and applying trauma-informed principles.
