Key Responsibility:
- Handle pharma client accounts and be the main point of contact
- Understand client requirements and share clear briefs with internal teams
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for timely delivery
- Ensure all work follows pharma guidelines and compliance
- Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered on time
- Share regular updates and reports with clients
Requirement:
- 2–6 years of experience in client servicing (pharma preferred)
- Basic understanding of pharma marketing and compliance
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects
