Job Purpose/ Summary

CFO role is to support Business Unit Head office,



to review of Monthly MIS including P & L, Balance Sheet, Cash flows, Project Costing and profitability, besides assisting Business Unit Head in designing business strategies and new initiatives.

Financial Projections and estimates analysis, MIS including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash flows various analysis from time to time on India BU Preparation of budget and quarterly reporting of business plan and manpower cost Monitoring Achievement of yearly cash flow target (OCF. as per BP, Yearly EBITDA target (INR Cr. Analyze the Project costing and profitability at bidding stage and completion and assisting Pricing decisions Identify recent business growth areas and initiate the implementation Ensure Compliance at India BU Level Ensure GAM Compliance at India BU Level and update as per business needs and Org StructureAnalyze, Control, monitor, and drive customer collections, inventory, Accounts Receivable, Net Working Capital on a routine basis and Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, MarketingCredit control of customers.

Responsibility

Assist the Business Unit Head in the review and execution of the Annual Business Plan including budgeting monitoring cash flow management and financial projectionsbrCollaborate with the Business Unit Head to design and implement effective business strategies and new initiativesbrParticipate actively in the India Business Units monthly reviews to ensure alignment with financial objectivesbrOversee the preparation of the annual budget and conduct quarterly reviews of the business plan and manpower costsbrEnsure the achievement of yearly cash flow targets Operating Cash Flow as outlined in the Business PlanbrMonitor and track net working capital including inventory management to optimize financial performancebrAnalyze project costing and profitability at both the bidding stage and upon completion providing insights for pricing decisionsbrControl monitor and drive customer collections inventory accounts receivable and net working capital coordinating with Supply Chain Procurement and Marketing departmentsbrCoordinate with other departments on finance functions such as Banking Accounting Audit Corporate MIS and ConsolidationbrIdentify opportunities for new business growth and initiate their implementationbrEnsure compliance with Governance Authority Management at the India Business Unit levelbrLead team development efforts and assign digital projects to enhance departmental capabilitiesbrSupport management in all aspects of the India Business Unit working closely to achieve corporate finance objectives
