Role Description The Caretaker Nurse is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for providing direct patient care in clients’ homes or designated care facilities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility, and supporting activities of daily living. The role involves following individualized care plans, documenting patient status, and promptly reporting changes in condition to supervising medical staff.

Nurse will educate patients and families on basic health practices, maintain a clean and safe environment, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols. Collaboration with physicians, therapists,

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong patient care skills, including assistance with daily living activities, basic nursing procedures, and safe patient handling.
- Candidates should possess clinical competencies such as monitoring vital signs, administering medications as per orders, and maintaining accurate patient records.

- Previous experience in home care, geriatric care, or hospital-based bedside nursing is preferred but not mandatory.
