Business Development Representative (US Market)Libra AI · Sales / Go-to-Market · Full-time
You pick up the phone. You also pick apart the playbook.
About LibraLibra is a private company brain. It connects to the tools a company already uses, answers questions with real company context, and runs work across those tools. It lives inside the customer's own cloud and respects every permission they already have. No data leaves the building.
Our buyers run the IT org: CIOs, CTOs, VPs of IT, Heads of IT, and CISOs. They want AI. They don't want a security headache or a surprise cloud bill. We solve both.
What you'll own
- Cold calls into the US. This is the core of the job. You'll call CIOs, VPs of IT, and Heads of IT who have never heard of us and get them curious enough to talk.
- Full outbound. Calls, emails, LinkedIn. You'll run sequences end to end and book discovery calls and pilots.
- Account research. Figure out which IT orgs are hurting right now and why. Hiring spikes for IT roles, tool sprawl, leadership changes, cloud cost pressure.
- Feedback from the field. You'll hear objections before anyone else. Bring them back and help us sharpen the pitch.
- A seat at the GTM table. We want your ideas, not just your dials. Which buyers respond? Which message lands? What should we test next? If you have a strategy, pitch it. If it works, we run it.
What you bring
- At least 1 year of calling into the US market. You've made the dials,
heard the "not interested," and know how US buyers think, talk, and decide.
- B2B experience selling into IT. You know how a CIO's budget cycle works, who else sits in the room (security, infra, finance), and what makes an IT org act. SaaS/AI is a plus. B2B services selling into the US works too.
- Comfort with a no. Rejection doesn't slow you down. It gives you data.
- Clear, simple communication. You can explain a technical product without drowning someone in jargon.
- A bias to act on what you learn. More on this below.
How we'll know you're the oneEveryone says they're curious. We'd rather see it.
The people who do well here try something, notice what happened, and change their approach the next day. They rewrite a call opener after five bad calls. They find a pattern in who picks up. They test a new subject line because the old one went quiet.
Why this role is worth it
- You'll sell something buyers need right now: AI they can trust with their data.
- Your ideas shape how we go to market. Not in a year. Now.
- You'll talk to CIOs, VPs of IT, and Heads of IT every day. That's a rapid education.
- Clear path for top performers to grow into AE and GTM strategy roles.
