About The Role

CareerSecure is looking for motivated individuals to expand its HR Pratix Program through college partnerships, practical HR workshops and student enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with college TPOs, placement officers and faculty members through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
- Introduce CareerSecure's complimentary 2-hour practical HR workshop.
- Coordinate with colleges to schedule workshops and mobilize student participation.
- Introduce the HR Pratix paid program to interested students after the workshop.
- Follow up with prospective students, address their queries and convert leads into paid enrollments.
- Maintain daily outreach, follow-up and enrollment records in the company's CRM or tracking sheet.

Eligibility
- Good communication,



persuasion and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in business development, education, HR or sales.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Comfortable with targets, follow-ups and performance-based earnings.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Compensation Commission-only earnings based on verified paid enrollments, with additional performance incentives as per company policy. No fixed salary is offered. Important: This is a performance-based opportunity. Earnings depend on successful enrollments and are not guaranteed.
