Hiring | Business Analyst – Technology | Northern Arc Capital

Northern Arc Capital is hiring for a Business Analyst – Technology role.

Location: Bangalore

Preference: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with short notice period

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with business and technology teams to understand requirements and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Act as a robust business–technology liaison and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and ensure they are accurately translated into BDDs / functional documents.
- Work closely with technology teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential challenges and proactively work towards resolution.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely closure of requirements and dependencies.
- Prepare regular project/status updates for stakeholders.
- Support change management and ensure alignment between business requirements and technology delivery.

Minimum Qualifications





- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Technology Project Management / Program Management.
- BE/BTech in Technology/Engineering.

Skills Required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of SDLC and technology projects.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Technology Program Manager.
- Strong requirement-gathering and documentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Jira, including the ability to build dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
