Job Overview

We are looking for a curious, proactive, and detail-oriented Brand Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support brand strategy development, market research, client coordination, and integrated marketing campaigns.

This role offers an opportunity to work across branding, communication strategy, public relations, content, and digital marketing while helping businesses build strong brand identities and meaningful connections with their target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing brand strategies, positioning statements, messaging, and communication frameworks.
- Coordinate with creative, content, digital marketing, and PR teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare client presentations, reports, research documents, and meeting minutes.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
- Support the planning and execution of integrated brand and marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor brand performance, campaign results, and consumer engagement to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and strategic discussions.
- Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Stay updated on branding trends,



competitor activities, consumer behavior, and industry developments.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in brand storytelling, consumer behavior, communication strategy, and digital marketing.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
