Role Description The Branch Credit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves assessing and approving credit applications, evaluating customer creditworthiness, and ensuring adherence to internal credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

The Branch Credit

Manager will review financial documents, analyze risk profiles, and recommend appropriate loan structures and limits. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring portfolio quality,



coordinating with branch sales and operations teams, resolving credit-related queries, and implementing risk mitigation measures. The role also requires preparing credit reports, supporting audits, and contributing to continuous improvement of credit processes at the branch level.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Management and Credit Risk Management skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and a good understanding of Finance.
- Candidates should possess sound knowledge of Credit products and credit appraisal processes.
- Relevant experience in housing finance, retail lending, or banking will be beneficial.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to interpret financial statements, assess collateral value, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Proven integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a target-driven branch environment.
