Role Description The Beauty Advisor – EBO is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role focuses on engaging customers within the exclusive brand outlet, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable Kimirica products, including skincare, bath and body, and fragrances.
The Beauty
Advisor will demonstrate product usage, explain ingredients and benefits, and ensure a premium, personalized shopping experience aligned with the brand’s values. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, managing stock levels on the floor, handling retail sales transactions,
and meeting individual and store sales targets. The role also involves staying updated on new launches, participating in in-store promotions, and providing feedback from customers to help improve offerings and service quality.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge in cosmetology and skin care, with the ability to understand different skin types and recommend suitable products.
- Strong product knowledge and interest in luxury self-care, skincare, and wellness, with the ability to explain ingredients, benefits, and usage clearly.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to provide a welcoming, personalized, and skilled in-store experience.
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands, with the ability to meet sales targets and manage basic POS transactions.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, including weekends and peak retail hours, with a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards in a retail beauty environment; prior experience in a spa, salon, or cosmetic retail is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy, or skincare is beneficial.
