We are looking for experienced AR Callers – US Healthcare / Medical Billing to join our team in Airoli and Saki Naka, Mumbai. Candidates must have hands-on experience in US Healthcare Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling and insurance claim follow-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform AR Calling to US insurance companies for outstanding claims.

Handle insurance follow-ups, claim status inquiries and payment posting-related queries.

Manage denied, rejected, pending and unpaid claims.

Work on denial management, claim resolution and accounts receivable follow-ups.

Understand EOBs, ERAs and Explanation of Benefits, where applicable.





Maintain accurate records of claim status and follow-up activities.

Meet daily productivity, quality and collection targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS

1–3 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling.

Knowledge of Medical Billing, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Accounts Receivable.

Experience in Insurance Follow-up, Denial Management and Claims Resolution.

Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to work in the required US shift.
