Role Description The Account Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Mysore. This position involves managing client accounts, preparing and reviewing financial documents, and supporting statutory and regulatory compliance activities. The role includes coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure accurate reporting, timely filings, and smooth execution of investment, accounting, and taxation-related tasks.

The Account

Executive will maintain detailed records, assist in audit readiness,



and help streamline financial processes in line with firm standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong accounting and finance skills, including proficiency in bookkeeping, financial statements, and basic tax concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in compliance and documentation, such as handling GST, Income Tax, ROC-related records, and audit support.
- Candidates should possess client service and communication skills, including the ability to interact with founders, stakeholders, and team members in a clear and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work with financial data and reports.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, finance, or a related field; familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel; and prior experience in a CA firm, consultancy, or finance role will be beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mysore, collaborate in a team-oriented environment, and adapt to the needs of startups and MSMEs is highly valued.
