Role Description The Accounts Receivable Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate generation of customer invoices and proper documentation of transactions. The analyst will monitor outstanding receivables, reconcile customer accounts, track payment status, and follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Daily tasks include analyzing aging reports, identifying risks in collections, escalating issues when needed, and providing regular updates to the finance team and management.



The role also includes maintaining compliance with internal financial controls, supporting audits, and suggesting improvements to receivables workflows for better cash flow and reporting.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in billing process and invoicing, with experience managing end-to-end accounts receivable activities.
- Solid analytical skills and finance knowledge to interpret aging reports, reconcile accounts, and support decision-making.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact clearly with clients, internal teams, and management.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software and advanced skills in spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel) for financial analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Familiarity with standard accounting principles and basic taxation concepts relevant to invoicing and collections.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on-site in a quick-paced, technology-focused environment.
