Overview: PlanetRead is looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join our team in a pan-India role. You’ll lead AI/ML backend development and technical project management: building AI models, managing software solutions (inhouse or via outsourced partners), and ensuring timely software and service renewals.

Key Responsibilities Include

- AI/ML Development & Customization: Develop and update AI to align with the actual requirements of PlanetRead.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards. Implement quality assurance processes and conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Documentation:



Prepare regular progress reports, status updates, and other documentation.

Skills And Competencies

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transformers, ASRs, Python, Backend Development (FastAPI) principles
- Solid understanding of RNN, Encoder & Decoder frameworks, Transformer architecture, and Speech Recognition.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Evolving Role: We foresee this role to evolve over time depending on PlanetRead’s needs. A valuable deal of flexibility and adaptability will be required.
