Position: Accountant Manager

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala (Onsite)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, financial management, and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and review financial statements, monthly reports, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Handle GST returns, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and internal departments as required.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and expense claims.




- Review financial data and identify discrepancies or opportunities to improve processes.
- Assist management with financial analysis and reports for business decisions.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and applicable tax regulations.
- Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of auditing procedures and financial controls.
- Experience managing accounting records and coordinating with external auditors.

Work Location Trivandrum, Kerala Work from Office.
